A clean exit for construction sites, mining & industry
Prevent road contamination, fines, and complaints with the Christ Wash MARS and STARS mobile or stationary automatic wheel wash systems.
Benefits
- Reduces track-out of debris onto public roads
- Automatic wheel cleaning with no additional labour required
- Flexible solutions: choose either mobile or stationary for any operational scenario
Why a wheel wash system is essential today
Wherever vehicles carry mud, soil, or dust from unpaved areas onto public roads, problems quickly arise: contaminated roadways, rising cleaning costs, resident complaints, and, most importantly, regulatory requirements or fines. Especially on construction sites, in quarries, or at industrial facilities, a clean exit is not an optional extra – it’s an operational necessity.
The solution: automatic wheel washing directly at the site exit
Christ wheel wash systems automatically clean tyres, chassis, and underbodies during drive-through. The dirt stays where it belongs: on your site. The result is clean roads, reduced costs, and smoother operations.
Typical applications for wheel washing systems
Construction sites (building & civil engineering)
Clean exits despite mud and soil, even with high traffic volumes.
Quarries, gravel pits & mines
Prevents material track-out onto public roads, even with heavy debris.
Landfills & recycling centres
Reduces dust and dirt carry-over for controlled facility operations.
Concrete batching plants
Cement and dirt residues are removed immediately for clean transport routes.
Industrial & production sites
Clean transitions between plant grounds and public roads without additional effort.
Port & logistics facilities
Reliable cleaning for high throughput, even under demanding conditions.
