Using an existing bay plan, we worked hard and fast with our client to assist with advice on workflow efficiency and placement. Utilising our supply and installation experience, we quickly and efficiently delivered a complete workshop fit out that ticked all the boxes.

Project Challenge

Geographe Ford Dealership in Bunburry needed a complete workshop fit out for their brand new service centre. With an existing bay plan in place, they needed advice on workflow efficiency and placement, supply and installation. So we worked closely with existing contractors and the client to deliver a win-win workshop solution.

Our Solution

Our Engineers, in consultation with the builders and Ford Geographe, devised a workshop layout that would accommodate the varying demands that this busy new service area would need to facilitate the high volume of work expected of it.

The complete workshop fit out included:

25 x BendPak two post 4.5t clear floor hoists
2 x BendPak four post 6.3t wheel alignment hoists
2 x HPA wheel alignment machines
A 22” tyre changer
2 x computerised wheel balancers
Dedicated work benches for each service bay
Parts hot washer
2 x floor scrubbers
Waste oil drainers
Fully reticulated oil delivery system connected to hose reels shared between service bays
Bulk oil tanks
Compressed air system with compressor package
Oil management monitoring system
