Increased Service Capability Within Existing Space

Increasing their service offering within a limited, pre-existing space called for a fit out strategy that utilised design elements and perfectly placed equipment. Developing a full vehicle range capable workshop, with added service offerings, while maintaining safety standards was paramount for this project.

Project Challenge

Our client, a leading Audi Dealership in Perth, needed to increase their workshop capability to allow them to service their full range of vehicles, including wheel alignment servicing, plus provide a safe working environment for their workshop team.

Our Solution

With very specific brand and client requirements in mind, all of the lifting equipment was powder coated to Audi Grey. Utilising our experience in delivering the most value to clients within the scope of their space and budget, we worked closely with the client and the end result was a success.

The workshop fitout included:

The supply and install 11 x BendPak 4.5t two-post clear floor hoists
8 x in-ground Scissor Lifts to the service bays provided an all-encompassing service area on the workshop floor.
Supply and install of a 6.3t four-post Wheel Alignment lift to the wheel service bay.
Also included in this fit out was a HPA 24 inch Tyre Changer with Help Assist Arm for low profile tyres.

Client Benefit

Our lifts and hoists provided the ability to cater to the full Audi range, including their extremely low profile cars. The ease of wheel alignment and the flexibility to service multiple vehicles, combined with the safety provided by the flush, clear floor equipment, while maintaining branding specifications was the perfect solution to Audi’s workshop needs.
