SL18115 Sherpa Lifting Bed Roller Brake Tester
About SL18115 Sherpa Lifting Bed Roller Brake Tester
‘SL18115’ is a cutting-edge solution designed to meet the evolving demands of modern vehicle testing. Manufactured in Germany, SHERPA Autodiagnostik has been a leader in high-tech testing technology for over 30 years, providing innovative, high-quality systems.
The SL18115 is hot-dip galvanised for durability and longevity. It comes standard with a test program for electronic parking brakes and is powered by planetary gear motors, delivering exceptional motor strength with minimal energy requirements.
This model features SHERPA’s unique hydraulic axle load simulation system. Using four hydraulic cylinders, the roller bed can be lifted, allowing for precise load simulation without the need for tying down the vehicle.
- Hydraulic Roller Raising for SL18115 lifting force max. 12 t axle load; stroke max. 220 mm; with Variable Stop Function

Additional Load Simulation Options
In some applications it is not sufficient to lift the roller bed alone. In situations where a greater weight is needed, the SL18115 can be supplied with a Chassis Load Simulation system (SP10CLS).
Available Product Accessories
Hydraulically powered, these plates move laterally and lengthwise to detect worn-out or loose axle and steering components with pinpoint accuracy.
The SP10CLS axle load simulation system is ideal for heavy vehicle workshops and testing facilities, offering unmatched precision for vehicle safety assessments.
