Key features of the LD Series oil & grease pumps include:

Thick cast aluminium air motor housing offers unmatched durability

Fewer Repairs
Fewer moving parts in the air motor assembly means less downtime and low repair cost.

Extended Seal Life
Inline pump design aligns the air motor piston and fluid piston rods to maximise seal life.

Reduce Downtime
Displacement rods have minimal wear due to a proprietary manufacturing process.

Superior Sealing

Non-metallic poppet valves offer positive sealing performance, even with contaminated “dirty” air environments for long life without repair.

Reduced Icing
Large air porting design provides efficient use of compressed air supply for continuous pump operation and reduced icing.

Corrosion Resistant
Corrosion resistance design utilises liquid salt nitriding, nickel plating, stainless steel, aluminium and chrome on key components for longer life.

Three Inch Air Motor
The three inch air motor in every unit provides more power so you get a better flow. With the 3:1 ideal for medium pressure, high flow oil applications and the 5:1 offering a better solution for high pressure, medium flow oil uses, especially for cold temperature or long run applications.

NXT Air Valve
Designed to reduce icing in continuous use applications, these units use less air than competitive pumps offering you better efficiency. They are also easy to repair or replace without tearing down the internal pump components, providing your workshop with less downtime.

Engineered for Durability
The patent-pending cup and plate design eliminates the need for O-rings that regularly wear out, delivering a more durable, longer lasting lubrication solution.

Modular Air Valve
The air inlet and exhaust locations are easy to configure with just four bolts, making installation simple and hassle free in any workshop.

Pilot Valve
Another patent-pending innovation, the self-cleaning design increases reliability in dirty air environments and minimises pressure drop with rapid changeovers, the result reduced stalling and smoother flow.

Adjustable Bung Adapter Included
Making it easier to fit into more applications, each unit includes built-in slide adjustment with easy-set hand screws.

Built-In Thermal Relief and Inlet Strainer
Protect your equipment from thermal expansion without the need to buy and install any additional kit with the built-in thermal relief (oil only) that comes standard with every unit. The oil only inlet strainer is built-in to protect the pump from containments that can cause damage.
