Project Challenge

Daimler Truck’s previous workshop location in Brisbane wasn’t meeting efficiency needs, KPI’s or productivity levels to optimise their client’s experience and business goals.

Their previous work site was very segregated, meaning that there was previously significant gaps in systems and processes between workshop departments, making it difficult to manage workshop space and parts area.

Hence, the overarching challenge was developing a workshop design that was not only more efficient but also safer, streamlined and compliant.

Our Solution

Overcoming design challenges, Levanta worked collaboratively with the architect and builders to find a incredibly efficient way to deliver the oil delivery system, by locating gantries, and finding a design solution with a services trench through the facility that allowed for integration of additional services including compressed air, data streams and power requirements.

With in-house design, engineering, supply, project management, installation and our after-sales service, Levanta collaborated with Daimler Trucks to design a strategic workshop layout and select the appropriate heavy vehicle workshop equipment and light vehicle workshop equipment to suit their needs

In-ground BM Roller Brake Tester and Shakers
Full Compressed Air System with Ring Main with 30HP Compressors
10 x 5.5t 4 Post Medium-Duty Hoists
Dura Workshop Furniture, (integrated hose reel stations, tool boxes, waste bins)
